The Estate Studio in Downtown Milford
This is a private, very clean and comfortable room (with full bath) in the shopping district of Downtown Milford. Your view will find the river bank just past a city park and you'll be walking distance to numerous specialty restaurants and shops in a town with plenty to do and plenty to see. Fast and reliable WiFi, a flat screen TV with movie options galore, a mini fridge and and coffee maker for mornings on the porch just outside your door. Come for a visit, you'll be glad you did. The Studio is a private unit with it's entrance off the front porch. There are steps involved since you are elevated off the street. We provide very comfortable bedding, top quality linens, cozy pillows, plush towels, kleenex, bottled water and much more. Parking is on the street and normally the spots right out front are available. Milford is a walking neighborhood and the bike trail is a couple blocks so bring your bike. We are in a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA). So you can walk around downtown with your favorite beverage in a designated cup. You will love our historic business district which begins at our location and runs five blocks to the west. Make it a point to go for a walk during business hours! You can see the Chocolate Store from your window. There is a Fresh Market just out of view, a Donut Shop two blocks, a coffee shop across from an Ice Cream Parlor three blocks, a Wine Bar and Italian Restaurant four blocks, and a Brewery backs up to the river at five blocks.The family owned specialty stores and art galleries scattered along the way will add the finishing touches to your walk down Main Street America. Milford is a pretty neat town, you should come for a visit. We are fewer than 30 minutes from all of Cincinnati's attractions. Kings Island, Western Southern ATP Tennis, Reds, UC Bearcats, Xavier Musketeers, Cincinnati Zoo, Bengals, Coney Island, NKU Norse, and three casinos including Beltera Raceway. We are on the bus route that heads west to Downtown Cincinnati. Check out Mariemont along the way. If you like short road trips head to Eden Park, Mt. Adams, Mt. Lookout, Hyde Park and Oakley Square. You will begin to see why our area is a great place to live and a great place to visit. We are also in an Designated Outdoor Recreation Area (DORA) which means you can walk around with your drink provided it is in a designated cup. We also have plenty of golf carts around so you can hitch a ride uptown and make your way back down without worrying about driving.
