Two bedroom apartment with a garden and parking
Modest two-bedroom apartment offers accommodation to groups of travelers or families who would like to stay in Ljubljana in a quiet neighbourhood of family homes, 20-30 minutes walking distance from the city centre. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (no microwave or oven, though, sorry!), bathroom, separate toilet and laundry room, spacious entry room and two bedrooms. Linens and towels are provided. House is surrounded by a big garden and a parking space, both available to guests. The entire house is made out of two units, out of which you would be renting the ground floor one. The staircase and front doors are shared with other residents (and host). Garden is freely accessible to Airbnb guests. Host is available for any assistance or travel tips either on the spot or via telephone. The quiet neighbourhood mostly consists of family houses but offers everything for a convenient and comfortable stay. Right around the corner, one may find a bus stop, grocery store, barber and a cafe. 10 minutes long walk will take you to a shopping center with supermarket, pharmacy, post office and other shops. A gymnastics center (with free outdoor gym), jogging tracks and a pool will keep you fit and refreshed in the Summer days. We recommend walking (as Ljubljana is a small city where everything is within walking distance) or taking a nearby public bus. Parking is available in front of our house. You can also securely store the bikes inside of the hallway. During the Summer months (July and August) the bus line #1 runs every 20 minutes, however the frequency improves to 6 minutes in September. A bus card Urbana will be available for you to use, however you will need to refill it yourself for used rides (1.20 €/90 minutes pass/person). Please check the apartment’s location: this is not a central accommodation! It requires a 20-30 minutes long walk to the city center. As noticeable in pictures, this apartment is really modest in the interior. Many pieces carry a nostalgic feeling of Yugoslavia, but we hope that the guests will appreciate the old charm. Please note that the city tourism tax of 3.13€ per person per day (or 1.57€ for children under the age of 18; those younger than 7 are exempted) and your personal information are collected at the check-in.
