Entire new non-smoking apartment (3 bedrooms) 5 min drive to Historic Downtown St. Andrews-By-The-Sea, NB. 2 Queen rooms and 1 Double room sleeps 6 comfortably. Full Bathroom with washer/dryer, and full kitchen with full size fridge, stove, and dishwasher. Cool, light, and airy suite with lots of window light. Close to whale-watching, boutique shops, fine dining, and the Algonquin Golf Course less than 5 mins away. You can also cook your own meals in our apartment's full kitchen. We're located just outside the hustle and bustle of town, in a quiet neighborhood on more than an acre of land, with lots of birds to watch for, and the occasional deer family passing through. Newly renovated apartment was constructed in 2014 with modern tastes and comforts, so you can enjoy a home away from home. Private keyed entrance. Each bedroom also comes with separate keys. (Garage, upper deck and upstairs living area are the only spaces off limit) We live in the same property, so we will be available for anything our guests should need. New heat pump and air conditioning; Parking; Free WiFi and TV. Guest lawn chairs and hammock under shady maple trees. Although it is a downstairs apartment, it doesn't seem like it at all as it is a split level home. It has plenty of windows for natural light and actually stays nice and cool in the summer heat. Guests are expected to keep the apartment fairly tidy. Dishes need to be completed upon checkout, and house must be in good order.
