Beautiful two bedroom flat close to the m1 in the new eagles rest housing development. Guests have access to one bedroom and one bathroom. It is not en-suite but the spare bathroom will be used primarily by the guest. The bedroom itself comes with a tv bed which has Netflix and bbc. The room is beautifully decorated and though it still has very personal touches and items like photos, a guest is guaranteed to feel very comfortable and at home. Everything is brand new and nice top quality Guests are welcome to use the kitchen to prepare light meals not heavy cooking. Microwave, toaster, kettle etc are all available. You are welcome to help yourself to tea and coffee which will be offered to you anyway. If you’re in doubt of what you can use please ask. Under no circumstances are guests able to venture into the other bedroom or any part of the room that is closed off. You will need to climb stairs. It is a new build so might not appear readily on the map. The housing development is directly opposite the H and M warehouse and once you can get to the David Wilson homes marketing suite you should be fine. There are no locks to the bedroom doors but there are locks to the bathrooms it’s an extra £10 a night per person for extra guests
