Our home is located in Woodbury, MN, an upscale suburb of St. Paul and a city recognized as 2018's BEST PLACE TO LIVE in Minnesota by 24/7 Wall Street. We’re in a quiet residential neighborhood, with a walking/bike trail in our backyard. We’re only a few miles away from premier shopping centers & restaurants. The trail, right outside our door, connects to more than 100 miles of trails & many of the city’s parks. We’re only 17 minutes from downtown St. Paul and 25 minutes from the MSP airport. You’ll have private access to more than 1000 sq. feet of newly remodeled guest suite in our lower level. You’ll have a walk-out to our private back yard, a private bedroom with walk-in closet, a private bathroom with shower as well as washer and dryer all for yourself during your entire stay. The living area includes a large screen TV, comfortable seating with a great view of the backyard. Gather around the beautiful 5-set counter height dining table to eat, drink and laugh. You will have microwave oven, small fridge, and coffee maker. You are welcome to access the shared kitchen upstairs. I do appreciate if you can let me know in advance your plan to cook in the upstairs kitchen so that I can make sure you have all the necessary utensils ready. The bedroom is newly carpeted and the rest of the area is beautiful hardwood floor. You will have a newly upgraded cozy bedroom, furnished with high quality double queen beds and brand new Sealy Posturepedic mattresses capped with clean and fresh sheets and bedding. Moreover, you will have Bedside charging stations for your phone and tablet and Bluetooth enabled speaker to listen to your favorite audio book or favorite song at night. Third comfortable queen bed can be arranged in common space for larger group. Please inquire about space/cost. (See picture) You will have computer desk with comfortable manager’s chair so that you can get some work done while travelling without leaving your suite. Your rental includes parking in our garage (1 stall available and you will get garage door (Email hidden by Airbnb) ), wireless high speed internet, and access to our private backyard and walking/bike trail. The space is great for business travellers, families or small groups alike.
