Beautiful small Muskoka cottage on land locked, spring fed clean Dickie lake. About 900 sqft. The interior is very open concept, tastefully finished. Walls of bedrooms do not reach ceiling. Outdoor fire pit, gas BBQ and includes Kayak, Canoe, Paddle boat. 2km to town of Baysville, less than 30min drive to Bracebridge, Huntsville, and Dorset. ( summer only rented on weekly basis Saturday 3pm until Saturday 11am) This cute cottage comes with vaulted pine ceilings and wood flooring with 2 sky lights. The living room are is centered around gas fireplace with three bedrooms off this area. The bedroom walls are open on top. Granite counter top in kitchen. New beds and mattresses. Beautiful new leather sofa and couch. Able to use entire space and grounds, includes dock and muskoka chairs. Great for swimming, no weeds. Beautiful high view of island in front. Has stone steps to lake. Small dogs are allowed but must clean up even in forest as small children play in forest around cottage. 2km to town of Baysville. Farmers market on Friday afternoon. Coffee shop, LCBO, country store with the basics and movie rental. Library also has movies. 25 min drive to town of Huntsville and same to Bracebridge. Dorset is about 20min, has lookout tower and famous country store. Algonquin park is less than 1h drive for beautiful hiking etc. Arrowhead provincial park is about 30 min, beautiful for hiking and swimming. You will need to bring all linens and bedding and towels. Water is from Well and is tested in spring . Heating is only by fireplace which is controlled by thermostat on wall Coffee machine is regular filter coffee and there is a Nespresso. You will need small capsules. Extra propane tank is in bunkie if you run out.
