Apartment to visit Venice

The apartment is located in a very quiet and safe area. It is really easy to reach Venice with a direct bus that departs 150 meters away from our house and it takes 20 minutes. (Busses every 10 minutes) till 12.40 am in the night. -Two apartments are at first floor and consist in two double rooms , living room possibility to adnone bed, kitchen, bedroom bathroom, closet, private parking, air conditioning, heating, safe, microwave, refrigerator and deep freezer, toaster, vacuum cleaner, washing machine clothes horse, ironing board. Bathroom with shower and hair dryer window. -Living room with sofa bed. -double room with cabinet. -The clean service will be done after every customer. -It gives a complete set of bed linen and towels per person, the tablecloth can be found already in the room. -On the day of departure we want our customers to leave the apartment within 11 clock morning, but they may still use the Exterior parking free. - One smaller apartment is at ground floor. It has all the comfort of the other 2 but it has no terrace and has only one bed room. It perfect for two persons and has a private entrance The local city tax of 2.1 euros per person per day must be paid on arrival. Children aged 10 to 16 pay 1.05 euros
