My place is 9 minutes walk to North Hobart restaurant/café/theatre strip. 20 minutes walk to CBD. 25 minutes walk to Salamanca and Docks area. 5 minutes to the Mona Ferry. 20 minutes drive to Hobart Airport. Taxi from airport $40-45. Airporter bus airport to CBD $32 return. We can cater for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms all with double wardrobes. The main queen bedroom has an en-suite and walk in wardrobe. There is one more queen bedroom and a twin bedroom. The main bathroom is also upstairs. A 3rd toilet is downstairs in the laundry. Downstairs is a large open plan kitchen/dining/ lounge with a laundry off this. Small outside courtyard. Off street car parking for 3 cars. I will not always be there to meet you but I am only a phone call away if you need me. Safe and quiet neighbourhood. A bust stop is outside the house which will take you into the CBD in 10 minutes. An 8 minute walk to the North Hobart restaurant/cafe/theatre strip.
