Its all yours plus use of most of the garden with possible invites to join us at the outdoor bar depending on the weather. You are free to come and go as you please. Sue, Tim and Serena know the area well and although are working or studying can help you with practical issues and information on the local area and the rest of the West Country. Besides being surrounded by National Trust (NT) countryside we are close to curious 'Al la Ronde' which is also a NT property. Less than 5mins walk in one direction is a Coop (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) store for all your food needs including fresh bread; whilst less than 5mins the other way and you can be on NT link to the Exe Estuary cycle/walking route. Two minutes by foot and you can take a bus to Exmouth town centre (five minutes) or directly on the main route into Exeter (about 30mins). The railway station is a brisk 25mins walk or, again, is easily reached by bus. The M5 motorway is about 20 minutes away which also makes finding us easy and quick. Its a quiet cul de sac off the main road between Exeter and Exmouth, surrounded by fields which makes for a good location for access to most of Devon. From the coastal footpath to the open space of Woodbury Common. To the historic city of Exeter to the wildness of Dartmoor and many other places of interest between.
