Fun bedroom space in the countryside

Hello everyone! We are a family of four who live in a new beautiful house located on 9 acre plot of land. We decided to turn our basement into a fun hang out space. The space was completely renovated last year and has its own room, bathroom and private entrance. Feel free to play some air hockey, watch TV or spend your days outside in the sun. My availability varies from day to day. Sometimes I will be home, and other times I'll be out and about. However, I will always be avalible via cell phone/ airbnb messaging. Our neighborhood really just consists of one long street-- we live in a very rural area. However, there are still a lot of fun and exciting things to do here! Our property is about a 5 min drive from the Fahnestock State Park, the Canopus Beach Complex, and the Chuang Yen Monastery. Additionally, we are about a 15 min drive from Fishkill Farms. Because we live in a very rural area, a car is essential. However, you can also get to places by bike (like to the Fahnestock State Park).
