Under-house fully self contained unit with accommodation for 2 people. Feel at home in this contemporary and stylish apartment which boasts a fully furnished and open floor plan design. There is a beautiful outdoor seating area and a large pool to take a dip. Kenmore is a safe and beautiful leafy suburb with much to offer. There are coffee shops and some great restaurants only a short 5min walk away from your stay (Italian, Thai, Chinese). Kenmore Plaza Shopping Center is only a 1min drive away and if you feel like you wanna go for a walk, there is a park with a great playground only 5min walk (or 450m) from us. The Koala Sanctuary at Fig Tree Pocket and Mt Cootha with its spectacular views of the Brisbane skyline are also easily accessible by car. You will be entering our place through a side gate and then there will be a private entry door at the back of the house leading into your apartment (please watch the steps when going in or out of the house). There is plenty of on street parking available as we live in quiet street of Kenmore. We will respect our guests privacy but will be available when needed. As the studio is located at the bottom floor of our house, you may occasionally see our little boys running around in the backyard. Kenmore is a safe and beautiful leafy suburb with much to offer. There are coffee shops and some great restaurants only a short 5min walk away from your stay (Italian, Greek, Chinese). Kenmore Plaza Shopping Center is only a 1min drive away and if you feel like you wanna go for a walk, there is a park with a brand new playground just around the corner. The Koala Sanctuary at Fig Tree Pocket and Mt Cootha with its spectacular views of the Brisbane skyline are also easily accessible by car. Kenmore is located approx. 12km away from the city centre. Kenmore is around 11km from the city centre. It's easier to go around if you have a car, but if public transport is needed, there are 2 bus stops nearby (one around 300m away and the other 900m away). Kenmore is a lovely green suburb and normally quiet but please be aware of potential noise such as: neighbors mowing their lawn, dogs, birds, possums, kids etc. As described, we live above our Airbnb in an older style construction so some noise may come through the ceiling. Please do not book with us if you think this is not suitable to your needs. NO LAUNDRY in the premises. But if you need to wash your clothes, there is a laundromat 2km away. Please keep that in mind if you choose to book with us.
