Our Studio Flat is perfect for adventurers (max. 3). It's an open space studio facing our sunny garden - 2 single beds, a sofa bed, kitchenette, dining/living room area and bathroom. As this is a centennial house that was rebuilt keeping its original frame and characteristics, sound may travel a bit, especially at night. We ask our Guest to take in consideration the Guests staying on the floor above. !! Please note: no stove available. Please note: the Studio Flat features a kitchenette without oven nor hob; however, there are key kitchen essentials - washing sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Guests have access to the Studio Flat through front and back gates, and are welcome to use all outdoor spaces - seating/eating area in the back garden (great for breakfast in the summer), viewpoint overlooking the ocean and Faial island, and any other surrounding outdoor areas. We’re usually around and happy to help our Guests. Guests may contact us directly or via message on the Airbnb app. It's a calm and friendly neighbourhood, mostly residential, with full view to Pico mountain and is located at one of the best seafront areas on the island, overseeing Faial island and the most beautiful sunsets. Public (and free) parking is available in the area. Public transports don't run often, so we'd suggest renting a car for at least a few days of your stay so you can get around the island easily and at your own pace. Rent-a-car suggestions can be provided if requested by the Guests. All shared spaces are outdoors; the Studio Flat is only available to the Guests who’ve booked it.
