The structure has 4 apartments equipped with every comfort. Guests have access to the large green park, private parking, barbecues, the playground, the cross-country track and the swimming pool which, upon reservation, is also open to outsiders. The Country House is located in the hills at 550 m a.s.l., has 4 elegant apartments of 50 mq each with 4-5 sleeping places to host families with kids and group of friends (UP TO 20 PEOPLE) that desire to have some free time in touch with the nature and the rural life. Within the environment of the green Irpinia is born the country house “Case di Stratola”. You will be welcomed with elegance and simplicity to share the beauty of life in the nature. “Case di Stratola” have big green areas where kids can freely play in the playground on the swings and the older ones can organize team games. The new and functional structure is close to known centers that offer a special contact with the rural life in a contest reach of culture and sportive and naturalistic attractions. The big covered barbecue is available for the ones that love to cook for themselves and for friends. The apartments have any kind of comfort and furnished of household linen. The apartments are called with names that remind some of the typical specialties of the place: il Noce (the Walnut), il Castagno(the Chestnut ); il Tartufo (the Trufle), il Fungo (the Mushroom). You will be welcomed directly from the owners. The apartments are all similar one to the other and each one have its own independent entrance from the private garden which has umbrella, chairs and table. A wide stair leads you to the big room that has a king size bed, a single bed and/or an armchair, a couch and wardrobe. The leaving room-kitchen has big windows where there is the table, a sleeping king size couch , the TV, the fridge and the kitchenette. All the restrooms have the shower and the hairdryer. The apartment cleaning, if requested, is available by an extra charge of € 8 per hours. After four nights you will pay on site € 20.00 for final cleaning.
