Scandinavian villa near Malmö city & Beaches

A Scandinavian villa, built 2014, with light interior, 3 bedrooms, a tv-room and a social kitchen area integrated with the dining and living room. It has a private garden, completely fenced with fruits growing during summer. Heated 4x8 m pool with roof, built 2020. The house is situated a 3-5 minutes walk from neccesities such as store, pizza, bakery and bus stop to Malmö City. The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly, with big fields around the corner. Not suitable for dog allergics This is our private home and we hope you will respect and love it as much as we do. Everywhere except the small storage building in the garden We will be available on the phone during the hole visit and if anything happens my family lives just some kilometers away and can help out. We also have the best neighbours around ;) The house is situated 3-5 minutes walk from a food store, a bakery, a pizza place and a bus stop from where you can go straight to Malmö City or to Copenhagen i.e. Tygelsjö has green surroundings with parks, fields and ponds just around the corner from the house, as well as several play grounds in the neighbourhood. The street outside the house has no other traffic than the residents of the four houses, which makes it very child friendly and quiet too. Tygelsjö is a in a safe, family friendly area of mainly villas, located just outside of Malmö. From here you have about 20 minutes drive to 3 different amazing white beaches - Höllviken, Lomma or Klagshamns beach. For those who like biking, the house is well situated along the Sydkustleden, with its beautiful cycle paths enabling you to go anywhere. If you want more city pulse, Copenhagen is only 20 minutes away by train and bus from Hyllie, which you reach from our bus stop too. For those who like horses and the annual International Horse Show everyJuly, we are at a convenient driving distance from Falsterbo. Bicycles for lending upon request. Bus to Malmö C and Vellinge outside the house, and from connecting stops you can easily go to Copenhagen, Falsterbo, Ystad etc. Private parking included for free. Not suitable for dog allergics as dogs visit the house frequently.
