It enjoys truly spectacular views– near and far– across the Great Dividing Range. The superb landscape is a magnet for artists and photographers. As well, far from city lights, The Rocks is a star gazers paradise. An hour from Melbourne– a million miles from care. The Rocks Studio is completely seperate from the main house. It is accessed via 6 steps and through a terraced, dry-stone walled garden. The property has beautiful views across open paddocks strewn with huge granite boulders. A perfect place to experience a sense of vastness under an endless sky. The curtlidge area around the main house is approximately two acres. Parking is available in the main carpark. The Studio is a 40 meter walk through a terraced garden set among granite boulders. For the most part we will be available on site at all times. The property is in a world renowned wine producing district, minutes from popular cellar doors. As well, the district has many other exciting attractions such as farmers' markets, providors, cafes and restaurants. The Rocks Studio is located in a designated significant landscape area of central Victoria. Travelling by car is the only way to experience this relatively isolated farming district. Apart from our well designated private rear courtyard the entire property is yours to explore and enjoy.
