My place is close to Public transport (tram, bus and train). You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). 120 square meters Apartment is on the highest floor of a private family house. You can see that it has a big living room that is connected to the kitchen. There are 3 separate rooms, each can be individually locked. There is an additional room/gallery above the living room. Living room has additional blue/green lights that can be turned on instead of regular lights for soft comfy ambient. Guest have a separate entrance to their apartment. Whole apartment is accessible to them, including 3 balconies, facing east, south or west. My parents don't speak English, but me and my sister are there to help you with anything you need. We are usually busy, my sister works and I am 4th-year electrical engineering student. But on wekeends, holidays and whenever I have I am more than willing to show you around, or take you to the night out into the city! The neighborhood is mostly residential and quiet. The apartment is few hundred meters to the tram station, from wich you can go anywhere in the city. It is also close to the train station. Trains are less regular than trams, but wit them you can be in the city center in 15 minutes. Air conditioning 5€/ per day
