The little two storey house is tucked away behind the historic Botanic Chambers which is on North terrace opposite the Adelaide Botanic Gardens, and is perfectly placed to enjoy all the delights Adelaide has to offer. Recently fully renovated to a high standard, located at the Eastern end of North Terrace, you can easily walk or jump on the new tram to all major Adelaide events. Around the corner along Rundle street, you will find an enormous selection of wonderful restaurants, cafés and bars. The East Terrace Continental at the end of the rear lane, is renowned for serving perhaps the best breakfast and coffee in Adelaide! Downstairs is the living area with a sitting room, small dining table and a kitchen area equipped with a combination microwave oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher and everything you should need for cooking and dining. Upstairs are two bedrooms, think Parisien boutique hotel (small, but beautiful!) one has an ensuite bathroom, the other is serviced by a separate bathroom along the hallway, both bathrooms have under floor heating.
