Boho coastal chic

Gorgeous weather board home within walking distance to Cottesloe beach, public transport and nearby retail strip and cafes. My home adopts a casual boho/beach-shack style with open-plan living and a large outdoor paved area with table and umbrella. The perfect idyll for a coastal stay. As I work from home, I generally seek guests who are low-maintenance, independent and respectful of my possessions and surroundings. My home's layout is quite cosy, so it it better suited to the solo traveller. Charming, traditional, beach-feel, relaxed. This is my private home, however all areas are accessible except my (master) bedroom. My home has a very chilled, relaxed vibe for the solo traveller. I work from home, so am generally around a lot : ) Cottesloe is is a wonderful beach-side suburb with access to public transport and proximity to Fremantle. My home is close to cafes, shops and many other amenities - you will not feel isolated in any way! Train within walking distance. I should also note that there is a little black cat who comes in from time to time (I leave a window slightly open - it is secure) to eat - she is my neighbour's cat, but by default, has basically become my cat!
