Nice light room in Malmö city

This room is furnished with a big very comfortable bed a smart-TV and open warbrode. Possibility for at work-table. The room is light and rather big with a big window turning west. Its next to the bathroom and kitchen. I am living in another "part" of the 4 room apartement, so we have space enough. I am also renting out another room to a female student. This charming room in my apartment is located in Malmö city, the area Slottstaden. The room has got genuine wood-floors. The room is 16 m2 with a big window facing west. It is very close to the bathroom, kitchen and entrance area. The apartement is a 5 room apartement where I live myself. I also rent out another room to a young female student. There is a rather small but cozy kitchen and a bathroom with shower, newly renovated. If you´d love to be in the kitchen alot, cooking big meals, this is not your place! It´s a little too small for that. The apartement is situated close to downtown Malmö and also a few minutes walk to long sandy beaches at Ribbersborg and a beautiful sauna-bathing-paviljong located far out on the water. Just walk out the door and you will find stores, bakeries, restaurants, sushi bars. And if you go 5 minutes by bike through a beautiful romatic park with an outdoor greenhouse-café, you´ll reach the inner city with the old parts from 17´th century, the Danish castle, museum of modern art, chanels with boat-trips and the train station where the train will take you to Copenhagen in 30 minutes. The station is 15 minutes by bus from here. Malmö Högskola is not far from here either, 10 min by bike or 20 by foot. Another very lively and interesting neighbourhood that is developing a lot lately is Västra Hamnen from 2001 with modern architecture, a faboulous board-walk and great swimming spots. In the summertime this is where people meet, have coffee and watch the sunset overlooking Denmark on the other side of Öresund. I hope you enjoy the city and that this room helps you to experience it in the most confortable way possible. To get here take bus nr 4 or 5 from the Railwaystation to "Kronprinsen" tall ble building, then walk 100 meters. 50 kr extra if you are two persons in the room. The guests will have acces to kitchen and bathroom. Laundery in the cellar Mostly we meet inbetween in the kitchen for example and chat a little. If there is a need for help, information etc I am allways available. I love the situation both close to the beach and Malmö center (5-10 min walk). i also love the park close by were I walk everyday and in the neighborhood there is all you need; bakery, coffeeshops,restaurants, sushi bars, groosery, liquerstoore, flowershops, cloth stoores, book stoore, pharmacy etc. means you dont have to go into the city to get anything! The busses leaves 3 min walk from my apartement. 8 min by bus to central station.
