A great holiday home for a couple or family vacation with young children or even a place to stay if working for a few days in the area. A stand alone, one bedroom, fully furnished house. Ideal for holidays with a large kitchen, dining and living room area. Additional large sofa bed in the living area. Large driveway for off street parking suitable for car and RVs. Guest have access to the entire property. No one else will be in location with you. It is all yours. I live near by and can assist if needed. A small beach town which is popular with families during the holidays. The property is in walking distance to the beach. Corindi Beach is a small village community of ~1,200 people set in largely untouched bush and coastal lands. The islands, ocean, headlands and estuaries in this area are within the Solitary Islands Marine Park. Corindi Beach is historically also known as Pipeclay Beach until a name change in 1954. Corindi means "grey" in local indigenous language of the Gumbaynggir people referring to the pipeclay on the beach. (refer to websites such as (Website hidden by Airbnb) , (Website hidden by Airbnb) , Wikipedia and Trip Advisor). The town of Woolgoolga (the locals call it ‘Woopi’) is only 10 minutes drive south and the city of Coffs Harbour is 30 minutes drive south. North of Corindi Beach is the city Grafton, 40 minutes drive, depending on the road works. Further north is Mainland Australia’s eastern most point at Byron Bay, a two and a half hour drive, and Queensland’s Gold Coast and city of Brisbane just over a 3 hours drive and a 4 hours drive respectively.
