Newly renovated cottage (July 2021) in the centre of Pembrokeshire, suitable for a family of 3, or three friends. Close to multiple beaches and various kids' attractions, including Oakwood, Bluestone and Folly Farm. Dog friendly. Very close to castles and public gardens. Tenby, Pembrokeshire's most popular tourist area, is 30 minutes' drive away, and there are multiple beaches, such as Barafundle Bay, Freshwater East and Broadhaven, that are all within 30-45 minutes' drive. You have access to the full house, which has a front and back garden, which is very private. 2 bedrooms, a large living room, modern kitchen and bathroom. The whole house is newly renovated and all furniture (apart from a couple of antiques) and white goods are new. Guests can park right in front of the house, access the house via a cute front garden with an attractive old stone wall and enter the front of the house. Guests can also access the back of the house via a side path. All areas are contained, so completely safe for children to play, and dogs to walk about without a lead. I’m happy to come and meet any guests during their stay, if they want to say hello. And happy to communicate via message or calls throughout their stay, if they want to keep in touch, or ask advice. Whatever makes the guests happy. I’m also 10 minutes away in case something goes wrong. Any information guests need to know prior to their visit I’m happy to help with.
