THE PROPERTY Suncoast Dallas is a newly renovated 3-bedroom house with a remote-controlled garage and car spaces on the driveway. The University of Wollongong is just a 5-minute walk away. THE LOUNGE The immense open-plan loungeroom leads out to the verandah where al fresco dining can be had. THE BEDROOMS Each of the airconditioned, spacious, and sun-filled bedrooms have 1 queen-sized bed with medium-firm mattresses, pillows, and blankets. All have Smart TVs with Netflix and free-to-air channels and built-in wardrobes. THE BATHROOMS Our newly renovated contemporary bathroom is designed for practicality and comfort. It has a shower and well-equipped with quality towels, shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel/soap. (Disclaimer: As the time of this writing, the shower glass screen door is yet to be installed but the whole bathroom is still very functional to use.) The separate toilet to the bathroom means there is no waiting to use the facilities while someone showers. THE KITCHEN Enjoy the large timber kitchen fully-equipped with ample bench space, tons of cupboard storage, dishwashing machine and other kitchen appliances. Basic cooking ingredients and implements are also available free of charge. Cutleries, glasses, mugs, wineglasses, plates, pans and pots, paper towels are there for your use. The air condition here is powerful enough to reach the dining and lounge area that you will be able to relax and keep cool while whipping up a meal. ON LAUNDRY There are 3 washing machines and 3 dryers at the house. However, only 1 washer and 1 dryer is for the guests use while the other two are for the cleaners. Please read the Welcome Book that will be sent to you for instructions on how to use these. Complimentary use of laundry powder.
