Private Garden Apartment in Historic District

Our 1919 charming home, surrounded by 50 acres of preserved land, is in an historic district and a stone's throw from the NCR hike/bike trail. We have tubes to float down the Gunpowder River which winds around our property and is accessible by foot. The bike path is lovely! Inverness Brewery is located 5 minutes away, Starbright farm is a glorious lavender farm 15 minutes north, Boordy Vineyards, a family run winery, is 20 minutes east, and Ladew Toipiary Gardens is another gem to behold! There is a private entrance to the basement apartment for your use. You are also welcome to enjoy our patio and/or small private porch. We will be available at all times for any questions or concerns. Our house is located within an historic village including homes built from the 1830's to 1920. We are 1/8 mile to the NCR bike and hike path as well as the Gunpowder River. Public transportation or light rail is located 10 minutes south which accesses all routes heading south into Baltimore City and BWI airport. Public trails for hiking are accessible and close by riding stables are also located within 5 to 10 minutes. We also offer an air mattress and reclining sofa for additional guests. Our apartment can accommodate up to 3 comfortably yet 4 can fit if the reclining sofa is utilized as a bed. We just had brand new soft carpet installed as well which adds warmth and comfort to this space.
