The RW, a Quiet 2 Bedroom Suite (Private)

A blend of Traditional and Modern in the heart of Washington, DC. Seeing is believing; our 100-year-old newly renovated craftsman style home sits on a quiet street amid the hustle and bustle of the city. Our home is conveniently located in North East Washington, DC right off of major thoroughfares like U.S. Route 1, New York Avenue/ Route 50, South Dakota and 295. The suite is located in the lower level of our home and boasts 10 foot ceilings, one full bath, two bedrooms and a media room. Guests have their own gated entrance with smart lock key access. After entering, the main entrance is located behind our home The suite is closed off from the rest of the house. Guests have access to the shared backyard space with several areas to kick back and relax. We ask that the guests not walk up to the main deck. The suite has a mini fridge, micowave, utensils and plates. The AC/Heat's thermostat is located upstairs. However, we can control the temperature remotely and can make adjustments after receiving a guests request. Feel free to enjoy the Backyard, Ground Level Floating deck with koi pond, hammock, and Wood burning fire pit. Owners live on premises. We are hands-off unless the guests require any assistance. Our home has easy access to Costco, Zekes Coffee Shop, Starbucks, Union Market, Ivy City, Planet fitness, and Echo Sound Stage concert hall. Within 15 minutes you can access several universities and many Washington, DC tourist attractions. Furthermore, there are several points of interest like the National Arboreteum, Galludet University, Catholic University, The Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, the new H Street corridor with its own electric street car. Majority of the monuments and museums can be reached within 15 minutes from our location. Moreover, The District just unveiled their new waterfront with great eats, shopping and a concert venue. All within 10 minutes of our location. Rhode Island Ave-Brentwood METRO is only 2 miles away. Bus, Uber, Lyft, Taxi, and walking are feasible options depending on your destination. Our suite comes with 1 loaner “Visitors -parking pass” for street parking (available upon request).
