Cozy and comfortable lake view apartment, recently renovated and furnished in a functional way to welcome travelers from all over the world. Located in the heart of the historic center of Pallanza, it is very close to everything you need: In less than 3 minutes on foot you can reach the lake, bus and boat stops, pharmacy, supermarket, several banks and many excellent restaurants and bars. It is the ideal place for those who want to explore the area or relax. The accommodation is a spacious and very bright studio recently renovated and equipped with two balconies from which you can admire the lake. in the apartment there is a queen size double bed and a single pull-out bed. It is equipped with all the comforts you need to fully enjoy your stay: - 2 Balconies overlooking the main street and the lake, the longest is equipped with a practical table thanks to which you can eat while enjoying the sun and the view. - 32-inch TV, - unlimited wi-fi internet, - well equipped kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave. - washing machine and ironing board In the bathroom with shower you will find at your disposal hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. The apartment is very central and well connected with the public transport, the bus stop and the ferry that leads to the Borromean islands are both 200 meters away. The tourist office where you can ask for maps, info etc is located at the top of the street where the apartment is located (100mt) If you arrive by car you can find free parking spaces in the streets nearby or if it's more crowded than usual you can leave your car in one of the 2 toll parking lots 50 meters from the apartment (piazza gramsci or piazza giuseppe garibaldi) to unload your luggage and then take it to the largest car parks in the area: - 3 minute on foot: in via cavallini on the top floors of the multi-storey - 9-minute on foot: the parking lots of the castelli hospital - 9-minute on foot to the Lidl car park Attention: we are on the third floor and there is no lift My dad Paolo (who doesn't speak a fluent english) loves to welcome our guest and show you the apartment personally and i will be there for you by chat for every need you could have, from explanation for how somithing works in the apartment to suggestions on what to do and so on. The apartment is very well located, it's situated in the ''Ruga'' the main pedestrian street of Pallanza, just 100 mt from the lake where you could do beautiful walking and from the main bus stop. It's also near at some shops and a supermarket. just under the apartment There are some shops, cafè, restaurants, a library and a beautiful park on the lake and also a place where you can borrow bikes. in maximum 15 min walking you could reach the beach and the swimmming pool and also Villa Taranto that is described as one of the most beautiful botanical garden in the world. My dad Paolo loves to personally welcome our guests and show you the apartment but we also offer our guests the opportunity to check in independently if it is more convenient for you. If we check in in person, not living there, we ask you to let us know an approximate arrival time with a couple of days notice to be able to meet your needs best.
