Hamptons Home by the Sea..... Right on the bay!

Located on the Bellarine Peninsula 20 minutes from Geelong - 20 mins from Portarlington ferry! The Bellarine Coastline varies from gentle bay beaches to the north (Hamptons Home by the Sea is bay side) with the surf just a short drive away to the south. Fabulous surrounding wineries, golf clubs, beautiful restaurants/coffee and cake! The local vineyards are very popular with guests attending wedding receptions or wanting to visit for tastings and food! The space is totally self contained with your own access. Bath is on a platform so you can bubble away whilst sipping a glass of wine with beautiful views to the garden and reserve which is yours to use (direct access to the beach). Your own shower and WC on either side of the platform. There is also a kitchenette with fridge, portable induction cooktop, toasted sandwich maker, toaster, kettle, microwave including a pantry with coffee and every tea imaginable, plus continental breakfast refreshments are supplied ie cereal, tea/coffee, honey, vegemite etc for your toast (please supply bread and milk of your choice). Very effective room heating with electric blanket on the bed lots of pillows and warm cosy bedcovers. Please note this room is located in my home on the ground floor but is totally self-contained with your own access - I live upstairs! Great wineries to visit and beautiful beaches to walk on - lots to be seen on the Bellarine! Your room is large with private access and has all the amenities you will need .....please spend time in the garden if you would like - your room leads outside and has large windows with great views.! The garden leads out to the Beacon Point Reserve which has great walks along the beach cliff. I live on the premises so am here to help you in any way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible ........but you have your own access and your area is very private! Clifton Springs is a small area on the bay and shares local Drysdales' postcode 3222. There are no shopping centres or coffee shops in Clifton Springs which makes it a very quiet environment to enjoy but all the wineries and restaurants are only a 10 minute drive away so having a car would probably make your stay more enjoyable. The advantage of being somewhat isolated is that it is very quiet - access to the beach is simply out the back gate. I have information about the local restaurants, vineyards etc ......all here for you when you arrive. Easy parking on site The Bellarine Peninsula has the bay on one side and surf on the other (my home is on the bay) but its only 10-20 minutes drive to anywhere on the Peninsula ..... that is from one side to the other and visits to the wineries and cafes are very accessible. I'm happy to drive you to a winery for an event and if you decide to catch the Portarlington ferry which leaves from the Docklands in Melbourne and takes approx 1 hour 30 mins to Portarlington (which is a 10 minute drive from my home)....happy to collect you!
