Private entrance/room/bath;quiet, central location

Private entrance/room/bath in a 1890's house within walking distance of all Concord has to offer (parks, restaurants, law center, NHTI, government center, bus station, art studio, speak easy bar, movie/live theaters, hiking, hospital/med centers, etc.). Lots to do and see in every direction: an hour to Boston, 5 to NYC, 5 to CAN, 1 to the ocean...I can help you plan a fantastic New England trip, if you want. The room you'll have is the master suite on the second floor (up steep stairs). Large room with an organic latex mattress and full bath (clawfoot tub). There are two twin air mattresses available for 2 on the floor for an additional fee. Help yourself to coffee or tea or cook a meal in the basic shared kitchen. I do have a fat/spoiled cat for those with allergies who stays on my side (but her hair is in the air!). You are welcome to hang or swing in the backyard* and use the lower deck*. (*until a reasonable hour) Happy to hang with you or not, whichever you want. Safe and quiet family neighborhood with some apartments. View of the dome from the driveway. Walk, bike, bus, Uber, car. I'm about 2 blocks from the capitol/downtown. I might be able to get you or drop you off at the bus depot, depending on when. Park opposite the house in the correct direction.
