Garden Cottage with Kitchenette

Charming garden cottage on a one-acre fully landscaped property. Your garden just outside the studio with a patio table and 2 chairs. If we don't have guests the day before, check-in time is flexible. No stairs from parking to cottage. Very clean. Kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, (no stove with burners), full-size refrigerator. Full bath with walk-in shower (no tub). Sitting area with TV & desk. Wi-fi. We use allergen protectors on mattress/pillows, and we don't use fabric softener. The cottage includes a separate kitchenette, and your own bathroom with large walk-in shower. A queen size bed. A full size closet. Inside the closet, you'll find a hamper for dirty linens, an iron and ironing board, and hangers. The sitting area includes a comfortable love seat, side chair, desk and chair with wi-fi information, coffee table, and flat screen TV. Keurig coffee maker and complimentary coffee & teas. We have included wine & water glasses, dishes, cups, and utensils. Very private and quiet with view of the garden from the sliding glass door. Wireless/bluetooth speaker to listen to music from your wireless device are also included. Guests are welcomed to enjoy the grounds, (except the wooden deck attached to the main house.) Enjoy the picnic table under the pergola, or use the provided tablecloth under a shady tree. We grow our own organic vegetable. Guests can help themselves to any of the seasonal fruits around the property, such as, lemons, persimmons, cumquats (just outside the cottage's entry door), pomegranates, and guavas. We're a text away. Enjoy complete privacy. Currently, we avoid interaction with guests due to Covid-19. We follow CDC recommendations; physical distance and wear face coverings, if necessary. We made sure that you have everything you need during your stay; however, your hosts are in the main house, on the property, should anything come up. Situated on the "Wine Trail" the cottage is close to wineries. Approximately a 5-mile drive to CordeVele Golf Resort and Coyote Creek golf club, and about 10-15 miles to Clos La Chance Winery. 1.5 miles from the Sports Center. Although we are in the City, we border the County. Our neighborhood is comprised of homes with a minimum of 1-acre properties. You'll see horses, cows, and other farm animals while driving around the back roads. Morgan Hill has a great downtown (click on "Guidebook") with restaurants, bars, shopping, and the Morgan Hill Caltrain Station, which runs from Gilroy to San Francisco with many stops along the way such as silicon valley; San Jose, Santa Clara, San Carlos, Woodside, Redwood City, and more. The San Jose city limit is very close to our property, with downtown San Jose approximately 30 minutes away. Please no smoking of any type (including vapes) anywhere on our property.
