Come out to quiet River Canard to escape! Melt your tensions as you relax in the quiet sunroom with a view of the gardens or go for a swim. You are just steps away from the River Canard Outpost where you can rent canoes, see the eagles nest or take in some local history. Fully vaccinated host, you and your party over 12 need to be vaccinated too. Must provide proof of vaccination before your stay. The rooms are for 1 party only. You have your own bathroom exclusively for your group, it is right beside your rooms. No other guests will be there. We have 2 large bedrooms in the loft. There is a kitchen you can use as well as a computer desk if you need to do work. There is a beautiful sunroom downstairs as well as a pool and a trampoline for the kids or the kid in you. The host will be onsite but will leave you alone and let you enjoy the space. The parking is in the driveway. There is a variety store just around the corner that rents canoes, paddle boards and kayaks. There is a frisbee golf park within steps of the property. We are 5 km from the Canada Greenway and other biking trails. You can also take in beautiful Snake Lane on a bike ride near the house where you can see River Canard and lots of wildlife. I stay onsite but will leave you alone. It is a quiet suburban neighbourhood, within walking distance of parks and River Canard. You are about a 30 minute drive to incredible wineries all along the North Shore of Lake Erie. Come experience one of Canada’s best kept secrets….. Essex County
