Charming grade two listed cottage situated in the heart of the historic Harbourside village of Charlestown. A favourite of film companies. Great pubs and restaurants. Two minute walk to the harbour, beaches and quirky shops.Enjoy our picturesque coastal walks. Close to Eden, lost gardens of Helegan etc x Our cottage has been lovingly renovated, lots of unique quirky touches. Quality shutters throughout the house. Two bedrooms and luxury bathroom with roll top bath and traditional rainfall shower. Downstairs, beautiful washroom, lounge and fully equipped fitted kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, electric cooker, microwave and everything you need for a perfect break, a real home from home. Travel cot and high chair available. We live just five minutes away, our tree carving of Neptune has become a real landmark since we commissioned it in 2011, raising over £6000 for the local children's hospice. Our main house, Neptune house is tucked away behind the carving and our first holiday let, Neptune's rest is just behind us. Guests are welcome to call on us as required. Charlestown is a beautiful historic Harbourside village, beaches, a large park/ play area for the kids, restaurants, pubs, locally made ice cream, coastal walks, everything you expect from a holiday in Cornwall. The Rashleigh Arms pub is situated just opposite our cottage, Charlie's coffee shop is just up the road. Fantastic places to eat less than a five minute stroll away. Our cottage is situated right in the heart of the village, a two minute stroll to both beaches and wonderful coastal walks. A ten minute drive to the Eden Project, lost gardens of Heligan, Mevagissey, Fowey, etc all close by X Bus stop just outside. St. Austell railway station five minutes away. There is parking available, either just outside the cottage, in Charlestown Road or there is a car park just down the road from the property There is a highchair and travel cot at the property. Small she'd suitable for surf boards.
