Ravenswood Tiny House

Located in beautiful Ravenswood, this compact yet contemporary and comfortable tiny house is perfect for those wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. We are located just 8 minutes from the world-class La Larr Ba Gauwa mountain bike park in Harcourt, 20 minutes from Bendigo and 15 minutes from Castlemaine. We are in close proximity to local wineries including BlackJack Wines and Killiecrankie Wines and and we are surrounded by beautiful bushland & rolling hills. A private oasis awaits you! This one-of-a-kind tiny house is located on 1.25 acres (approx.) with a private yard and driveway and offers sweeping views, beautiful sunsets and amazing starlit skies. This is a perfect getaway to unwind and relax and is well appointed with kitchenette, bathroom, pillow-top queen bed and coffee machine. Take a walk around our 20 acre property and enjoy the space which is home to 10 adorable alpacas, or enjoy a peaceful picnic and soak up the serenity! You will have access to the tiny house which is situated on approx. 1.25 acres, as well as access to our back paddock for walks or picnics. While our family home is located on the same property (approx. 150 meters away), we want our guests to enjoy their stay in peace, quiet and privacy. During your stay you can walk beside the beautiful train line towards Bendigo or Harcourt, seeing 100 year old tunnels and bridges, visit the stunning Ravenswood Homestead or take your mountain bikes to the world class mountain bike park in Harcourt. There is plenty to explore in the Mount Alexander Regional Park and the Belvoir Park Golf Course is just minutes away. An easy 20 minute drive will get you in to Bendigo, the first city of Gastronomy in Australia. During the day you can visit the Bendigo Art Gallery, the Ulumbarra theatre, the Bendigo Pottery or the Goldmine as well as the city's beautiful parks. At night book in to one of Bendigo’s award winning restaurants including Masons of Bendigo or The Woodhouse, or one of the many amazing cafes or pubs this great city has to offer. Bendigo also boasts some fantastic music, food, beer/wine and tiny house festivals throughout the year. The historical town of Castlemaine is a short 15 minute drive away. Castlemaine is renowned for its eclectic arts scene, rich gold rush history and growing reputation for fine food. Visit The Mill - a lively artisan precinct home to vintage markets and makers producing clothing, furniture, arts, small batch coffee, beer, wine, smallgoods, cheese and more, or relax in the stunning botanical gardens. A car or bike are the best options to get to different locations in our region. We are located on a rural property out of town, therefore food delivery services are limited to one option. We have an induction cooktop with small frypan and saucepan, a microwave oven and also a outdoor BBQ if you would like to prepare your own meals.
