The Beach House

A semi-detached, modern three-bedroom house less than five minutes' level walk to Perranporth's shops, cafes and beautiful three-mile beach. Decorated in a contemporary style, the property offers a spacious lounge, open plan kitchen dining area and a sunny outside patio for alfresco dining. Stairs lead to three bedrooms, a large double, a medium double and a bunk bed room. There is a newly renovated contemporary family bathroom with rain shower, bath and towel rail. Towels are provided. A perfect place for those who love the beach and the ocean. Just 5 minutes walk to dip your toes in the sea, walk the dog on the sand dunes or grab a pasty from the local bakery. Opposite the house is a bowling green, a boating lake where you can hire small rowing boats in the summer, a small pitch and putt, and lovely grass tennis courts are just down the road. There is a lock box to collect and leave the keys. We live very close by and can be contacted very easily if you have any questions or issues. Otherwise we will leave you to the peace and quiet of your holiday unless you need us. A super friendly neighbourhood and a perfect environment for beachy/ outdoory families as well those who enjoy peaceful, relaxed surroundings. You can access nearly every amenity by foot in Perranporth; Beach, Surf School, Bakery, Butchers, Grocers, CoOp, Post Office, Docs Surgery, Tennis courts, Pubs to suit all, Curry House, Chinese, Thai Takeaway, numerous ice cream outlets and a proper Cornish Pasty Shop! There are also lots of other lovely beaches, coastal walks, restaurants and seaside villages to visit, just a short drive a way. BBQ and body-boards in the garden shed, please do enjoy.
