House is located at the end of a campingside, and on 1 end starts the Naturereseve area: Bleistätter Moor. on walkingdistance (200 meter) from lake Ossiach. Free acces to the beach is included. Railwaystation is at a 10min walk, Busstop is at a 10 min walk. Car can be parked at our own parkingspaces, or at the streetparkingplaces (free of charge) Car can be parked at campingside. You need to cross the campingside, before entering the entrence of the boat house
