Holiday house "Ana" with two separate apartments

Holiday house "Ana" is located in the village Pakovo Selo, which is 18 km away from Šibenik, 50 km from Split airport and 10 km from Krka National Park. The beach in Brodarica with a free car parking and the tourist resort Amadria park - Solaris are located 20 minutes away by car. What makes this house unique is a large yard with ancient stone houses and more than hundred years old trees that provide a pleasant shade and allow the outdoor living during the whole day. Holiday house "Ana" consists of the ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor there is a big kitchen with dining area and living room, two bedrooms with bathroom and a small living room for children with bathroom and laundry. On the first floor is the kitchen with dining area and living room, three bedrooms and a bathroom. In the back yard there is a small stone house with barbecue grill and peka. Both kitchens are equipped with dishwasher and oven. In two living rooms and in one bedroom there is a TV with satellite programs. Within the facility guests can use free Wi-Fi and private parking for cars. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. In the village and in the surroundings it is possible to enjoy many activities, such as biking and hiking. At about 100 m away from the house there is a basketball and football field, and children can in the yard enjoy the games in the sand as well as kids bicycles, cars, scooters and other toys which are available. Guests have access to all rooms because no one is in the house at the time of their stay. The host can be reached by telephone at any time. In the village you can visit the open air museum Etnoland "Dalmati" with a restaurant and old stone houses that were once built in this area. The nearest grocery store is 2 km away. Every morning near the house comes a van with fresh bread and other bakery products. On the nearby farm you can buy fresh eggs and chicken as well as milk and cheese from local farmers. Pakovo Selo is located on the local road leading from Sibenik to Drnis/Knin (exit Sibenik from the highway Zagreb-Split). From this exit you'll drive in the direction Drnis/Knin and after about 15 minutes you will reach Pakovo selo.
