1 Room in Beautiful Home Akron, OH

Our house is located in Portage Lakes in the middle of a beautiful woodsy nature filled neighborhood that is very private but close to the main interstate. When the trees have their leaves it's difficult to even see the neighbors. It's a great escape. It's near Portage Lakes state park, Garner Pie Company, and just up the street from Firestone stadium. Our house is walking distance from the lake and golf course. Offering one room only, not entire house. Guests will have their own bedroom with king size bed and with access to their own full bathroom. They will also be able to use our laundry room and use the couch in the movie theater outside the guest bedroom. The guest bedroom is located in the basement where the temperature is very nice and cozy. They will have their own entrance and exit through the side door to come and go as they please. We are very available. We can be reached by text, call, or email. We live in a very nature filled neighborhood with many trees, birds, and wildlife. Our guests can park in our driveway that is directly in front of the house. We have 2 indoor dogs that are gated off from the basement and will never be able to have access to the basement. The only time they might see the dogs is if they come upstairs to enter the kitchen. We also have a boat garage with no boat where guest might be able to store their car if necessary.
