Fully private non smoking property & attached guest house only 30 minutes from SE Portland, 10 min. from the Clackamas River & 60 min. to Mt. Hood. Enjoy the comfort of your own suite with a private entry, bathroom, shower, kitchen, dining and living area located on the lower level of our home. Sorry, we do not allow animals. If you have a service animal-dog with documentation and would like to stay, please inquire before booking and give details so I can make an informed decision. No cats. We are a fairly quiet household however we do live in the upper level so living sounds will be heard at times. Nights are very quiet here during quiet hours (weekdays 10pm - 6:00am Weekends 11pm - 7:00am. Pool closed after Labor Day Weekend and reopens June 1st. Parking in one of the 2 designated parking spaces (one blocking our garage doors and the other is next to the fence just as you pull into the driveway. Suite entrance can be accessed behind the house and down the short set of stairs leading under the deck. We enjoy meeting and visiting with guest and respect their privacy. We are very secluded but only 5 minutes from Safeway and 10 minutes from New Seasons, Peets Coffee and many other shops. We love our location as we get the best of both worlds and we hope you feel the same. City bus stop is less than 10 minutes from our home via car. No Smoking. Vaping is okay. We just don't want the place to smell like smoke inside. Keep gates closed so our bunnies don't get out, and so you have your privacy on you patio.
