A lovely kingsize room in Horfield

Welcome to our 1930's mid terrace home in the quiet friendly suburb of Horfield, where you will find a relaxing heart warming atmosphere. The inside decor is contemporary with original features. You will have a light cosy king-size room to stay in. Daniel and Jessica welcomes you to a comfortable quirky kingsize front room, which will have a wardrobe, chest draws and a very comfy king size bed to sleep in. We will provide bedding and towels. We also provide your very own desk and chair. You will have access to our entire home. The bathroom where you are welcome to use the shower or bath and any of our toiletries. Downstairs, you will be welcomed into our bright kitchen-dining room where you can help yourself to a light breakfast. This will be usually be a selection of cereal, milk, toast, fruit, yogurt, tea and coffee, which will be provided for you. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know before your stay. There is a desk and chair in the guest room and guests are also very welcome to use our dining room anytime ( whether you need to use it for dining, working and for your leisure). We are happy for you to use our beautiful garden, but again please let us know. Daniel and Jessica welcomes you into our very much loved home and we are very happy to answer any questions or problems which you may query. Feel free to make yourselves comfortable and come and go as you please. There are many reasons why you should choose us as a host: whether you are here as a tourist, family or on business, or even check out what Bristol has to offer as a place you might want to choose to in live in the future........ Our street and surrounding area is very friendly and secure. There is a pub very close to where we live called 'The Inn on the Green' which is an excellent pub, which serves a selection of local ales, great food and great staff. They open most of the day and is a great place to meet friends and family. If you fancy something different, try the Raj Pavilions which has great customer service and amazing curry dishes. There is also convenience store and launderette a couple of streets away. Alternatively further a field, there is a vast array of exciting pubs, bars, restaurants to go on the Gloucester Road. If you are looking for fitness there is also local leisure centre with gym and swimming pool, or if you are looking for stroll there is Horfield common, St Andrews Park etc. If you are looking for culture then you are in the right place! If you want to go sightseeing, I would recommend the tour buses as a general overview to the City Centre. There is Clifton suspension bridge or Bristol Zoo Gardens, College Green Cathedral, SS Great Britain and floating habourside. If you looking for something less active there is theatres such as Hippodrome and Bristol Old Vic theatre or showcase cinemas in cabot circus. Finally if you like shopping there is an amazing amount of quirky shops bohemian shops on Gloucester Road, Park street, Clifton Village, The mall and Cabot Circus and many many more. Also if you are looking to go outside bristol there is the Cotswalds, Wales, Cheddar Gorge beautiful Roman city of Bath and much more! On street parking is available as we both do not drive or have a car. The beauty about our location is that you are very central to all the buses and other transport links like Bristol Parkway and Bristol Temple Meads for trains to many destinations in the UK. The hospital, MOD, Airbus, UWE and University of Bristol are in close proximity. You can also catch buses to the city centre, Clifton Villiage, Cribbs Causeway and Bristol Harbourside etc. If you have any questions about getting around Bristol and the surrounding areas, then please do let us know, as you have an advantage! We both use public transport regularly. We would ask guests to let us know before your stay if you think you need to use our kitchen for cooking or to use of kitchen equipment. If you have a bicycle then we are happy to place it in our shed for protection - again please let us know beforehand.
