Grand Gables Inn, A Stunning B&B/Sargent's Landing

Tate’s home is located in Palatka, Florida, United States. The South Historical District in Palatka has a personality of its own. Many homes have been beautifully restored to their original state to showcase the wealth that poured into the region as Florida was just beginning to develop as a tourist destination, and a winter home for many Americans. This listing is for a room we call 'Sargent's Landing', in honor of the famed New England architect (Rufus Sargent) who designed our home. Grand Gables has a rich history and an architectural style that many find stunning in its quality and detail. Ask for a private tour of all areas of the home including the tower! Guests have access to the parlor, library, dining room and with permission the tower, basement (it's worth seeing) and kitchen.
