Non summer season( HEATING CHARGE) This Farm rustic apartment is well situated just minutes from the A20, with Oradour sur Glane being only 25 minutes away it's an ideal stop over before or after the visit . lake views and cycling sailing swimming and walks to fill you with pleasure. We have our own beach which you can share with us and enjoy the old property that has wooden floors and with old stone features an old converted country farm. Close to the lake, and access direct from the garden, BBQ available I have some adult bicycles , a canoe and a surf board to play on, the beach is safe and the house has most of the basics and in the garden is the BBQ to use, with the water ski centre just opposite , and sailing ,all available at the centres for those who wish to walking is great also The ski centre should be respected, so keep close to the edge of the lake. I don't force my self on my guests , but I am always open to having a moment with my guests, it's the part I love best I love my area for it's still nights unpolluted night sky's and being so close to nature, the lake is never the same . The house is simple and practical , but its not a boutique style house, its rustic and practical, and reflective in its price. Everything to do with the lake is in walking distance, there are buses from Limoges, and a summer timetable is available When using the canoe all care should be taken not to go close to the skiing area, and to make sure when not in use to tether them so they don’t float away
