Cozy, Relaxing and beautiful place to be!

We are renting out a very sunny, bright and cosy apartment only 5 minutes walking distance to the metro station U1 Aderklaaer straße, with less than 15mn you are in the center of Vienna. The apartment has a spacious living room with a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. A terrace can be used in summer. The apartment was built in 2015. There are many restaurants, a pharmacy, the post and a grocery store 2mn walk and in the surrounding. The modern design gives the apartment a nice athmosphere and a lot of daylight. For the summer the terrace can be used to relax and enjoy the view and night light as there is a table with chairs. The bathroom has a bathtub, a washing machine, with hairdryer, soap shampoo and towels. In the bedroom there is a big bed and closet. In the kitchen there is an oven, a stove, a dishwasher and a fridge full of surprise. The entire place will be available during your stay.
