Private Home on The Main Line, Rosemont, Pa 19010

There are 3 bedrooms . The largest room with a Q-bed & a separate hall bathroom. Two other bedrooms with one full bed & 2 single beds, linked with a Jack & Jill bathroom. A cleaning fee of $150 is always added for 6 or fewer days, any reservation for more than 7 nights will be charged an additional $100/week cleaning fee. We are often asked about hosting parties. We do NOT allow parties or events at our home. We require either Covid 19 vaccinations or A neg. Covid Rapid test 48 hrs before. The setting is unique. Close to city but very private. Our backyard is magical with many birds, chipmunks, squirrels , rabbit, deer and occasionally fox spotted. From April though August the backyard is in full bloom with many beautiful annuals and perennials . We have been asked if we could possible host a small wedding or party but we are not allowing any parties at this time. Guests will have access to pool( Mid -April to the end of Sept) ,piano ( if they play), well equipped kitchen , living room with fireplace, TV room and basement play room with ping pong table, dart board and free weights. There is also a washer and dryer the guests may use in the basement. All of the exterior . I will be providing tea or coffee , cold cereals and some fruit for breakfast. If you have a preference for milk you will need to let me know , otherwise I will just have low-fat milk available. Our neighborhood is very quiet. We are 2 miles from the center of Bryn Mawr with its many restaurants and shops. There is also a commuter train from Bryn Mawr into Center City Philadelphia. If you do not have a car, you would have to call a local taxi company to take you to the train. Or if I am home I will gladly drive you to the station . As this is our primary residence we always reserve the right to stay there as well in our own space. We just eat meals out. Its also probable that we wouldn’t be there but this would be discussed with the individual reservation requests.
