Excellent base to explore Perth

My place is less than 10km to Perth CBD and a mere 15 mins drive from Perth Airport. Walking distance to Morley Galleria Shopping Centre, Aldi and Coventry Village. 20 minutes drive to Swan Valley. Fully furnished, clean, comfortable and evaporative airconditioned. Fully fitted kitchen and laundry. Bedroom with queen size bed and writing table. My place is set specially for guests only and I do not live on the premise, but I am available whenever needed and at the same time gives my guests the privacy of not having host around. Common areas are shared with other guests. However, house is often very quiet.
