If your looking for a quiet and friendly neighbourhood ,We open our cozy house to all guest who wants the feel of a cottage life in a small hilly town.. The house comes with a bedroom with 2 single beds and an extra bed on request . There is also a living room to unwind and relax and very apt for workaholic... Loud noise won’t be entertained as walls are not sound proof .If looking to enjoy with loud noise please book a resort or a hotel. Outside guest strictly prohibited to visit the house. Its a cottage style building with wooden floors,walls are not soundproof so loud laughter and noise has to be lowered to not anger the neighbours. Kitchen access available , Due to the current Covid situation,Guest will be provided breakfast supplies in the kitchen which is attached to their area of stay and will have to prepare on their own..Please remember to wash your own dishes.. Basic supplies will be egg bread salt oil butter jam coffee Tea bags and tea leaf Milk Fruits If guest are on a special diet and would like to avail the same will have to put an advance request which is chargeable depending on the diet and needs of the guest which is payable at the time of check out.. Any queries guest can contact me either by phone or (Hidden by Airbnb) we live in a quiet homely locality away from the hustle bustle of the main road.. We request our guest to not make any unnecessary noise to avoid neighbours getting angry.. The cottage is divided in 2 one half you stay the other half my family stays so please be considerate of us as well as our neighbours before making noise..I understand your in a holiday and if that’s what you want to do a hotel or a resort is the best place for you. Our place is just walking distance from the main road and to the closest market... Local sharing taxis n Buses available..Rapido (rental bikes and scooter ) is available too from The Rapido App. Please Note we do not have a 24/7 helper or a bell boy so if you want the feel of a hotel then this place is not for you... Long stay guest ,cleaning of rooms and bathroom can be done everyday upon request and change of linen will happen every 3rd day of the stay. Guest are strictly not allowed to host outside guests /friends or have a party or put on loud loud music in the house. Parking space is available however no accomodation is given for drivers..The driver will have to manage his own accommodation’s. If your flights or time of arrival is delayed please make sure to inform me and also if food is required to be arranged due to late check in please inform me 24 hr in advance.. If you happen to break any items in the kitchen or the living room please kindly inform me (Website hidden by Airbnb) not throw items in the garbage than can hurt someone while cleaning.. we welcome you to experiance our lifestyle while your here at our place...Feel free to interact with us or ask us any advice or guidance about shillong ...
