OSOSUITE is a secluded space, airy, clean, spacious, and refreshing. Large windows that let in fresh warm sunlight, but we also have blackout curtains for privacy. A deep soaking tub to return to after an outdoor adventure, hike, bike ride, beach day, or for a romantic evening with that special someone, this space invites you to relax and rejuvenate! We also have an air purifier that runs constantly in the space. This space is attached to our property, it is the second story and is private We are taking this COVID19 outbreak seriously we have been in communication with past and future guests gently asking how their health has been. We do this not to be invasive, but to help communicate to past and future guests any health concerns. We are following all CDC guidelines regarding cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces. Linens are changed between every stay and washed under CDC guidelines. As hosts, we put a high priority on not only our guest's comfort and rest but also their health and safety! There is an air purifier in the space, that we run in between stays, and you may use during your stay. Being hosts, offering a clean, safe, relaxing environment, that is warm inviting, and personal is a challenge and a joy! Whether you are coming to get away to the beach, hike the hills and bluffs, visiting Cal Poly, or are trying to find rest during the current outbreak, we put high priority to be warm and inviting, personal, and respectful of your stay. We take the challenge and responsibility very seriously! We like a clean, light, warm, inviting, cluttered free space. Something that also has a unique feel to Los Osos and its artistic nature and that is what you will get when you visit us! Our guest suite (OsoSuite) sleeps up to a family of 3, or 4 if 1 is an infant or 2 adults. If you have children include them in the initial message, but not in the guest booking otherwise it will charge you an additional guest fee. All adults must be included as guests when you book. The space is mainly an open plan, with the main room that includes a wet bar, that features a microwave and toaster oven, so you can warm up and cook smaller meals, a refrigerator to store any food you might buy or bring during your stay. It also includes a balcony to sit on, and a table to work or relax at as well as a queen bed. There is a walk in closet for additional storage. One of the main attractions is a large DEEP soaking tub, which we highlight by offering a bath salt station with bubble bath, bath salts, as bath bombs, as well as candles situated around the tub to help decompress, relax, or add a romantic ambiance to your stay. This space also includes a shower In addition we have a full mattress, box spring, and frame we put out for stays that need to accommodate more than two people. A relaxing color scheme is accented with encaustic art and subtle highlights of accents to give you that Los Osos artistic feel. Our bedrooms are at the other end of the property, so you have plenty of privacy, but we're on hand in case of any needs. We reserve the left side of our driveway (closest to the fence) for our guests, you, to use freely during your stay, so come and go as you please.! We offer you privacy and seclusion during your stay. Apart from seeing us in the front yard as you come or go, or occasionally playing in the backyard if you are on the balcony, you won't see us. The suite sits above our second living room. The suite is on the second story of our home, and is 100% private, so it is attached to our home, there is no shared space, we designed it this was for your privacy and rest in mind. All that to say, you really have a lot of privacy, you may hear our children playing during the afternoon if they are in the backyard or the big living room. Our family honors quiet hours for our guests, keeping the children away from the space early in the morning and late at night. We put a high priority on your comfort, rest, and privacy as hosts. We mention this so you are aware there are children on the property and in the neighborhood, and you may hear them, but we also want you to be aware we put a high priority on your privacy and rest and have built the space with that design and value, and I think we do a pretty good job of it. It is 5 minutes from Montanta de Oro State Park, and Morro Bay. 10-15 minutes from San Luis Obispo and Avila Beach. However, locals know that Los Osos is THE spot to go if you want gorgeous coastal day hikes. Los Osos is an artist community and it has a more rustic, small town charm than nearby San Luis Obispo, but it has some amazing restaurants here. We are smitten with this town and we hope you will be too! Los Osos is best experienced by car, but it is also a biking community and there is a public bus that runs into Morro Bay. What we are asking you in your message is you inform us of any potential symptoms you have currently. To flatten the curve we are asking if you have a fever, cough, respiratory issues, or even think you have come into contact with covid19, you quarantine for 14 days before booking us. Our hope is to host others, to offer seclusion, and allow people to shelter for a couple days or more depending on availability , here on the amazing coast. I have been tested for the COVID19 virus to make sure all guests as safe while staying with us, and my results came back as negative for the virus, so rest assured this space is safe!
