Casa Ulivi is one of the two apartments of Villa le Morre, an old medieval settlement situated in the green heart of Umbria in ‘Penna in Teverina’ (TR) on a hillside off the Tevere valley. At only an hour’s drive from Rome, Villa le Morre offers not only relax, comfort and privacy. Casa Ulivi is at the ground floor and has 1 double, 1 triple, 1 twin, sofa bed for 1 in the livingroom, for a total of 6 people, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, patio. It's possible to add extra beds on request.Shared pool and garden in case of separate renting of the other apartment. Possibility to rent all the house for a total of 14 people. Penna in Teverina is at walking distance, but the car is suggested to visit the area. The parking at home is included. Guest will be welcomed upon check in and the personnel will be at their disposal for any questions and information they require. The villa is just a few minutes’ walk from the historic centre of Penna in Teverina and just 40 minutes from Orte station. It is only an hour’s drive from Rome and close to some beautiful villages such as Orvieto, Spoleto, Narni and Amelia all found in Umbria or even the historic cities of Viterbo and Orte found in the Lazio region.
