Completely separate back house with a living room, kitchenette, breakfast table and private separate bedroom with two twin beds. The living room has a brand new sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and brand new TV! Extremely quiet. Gated pool complete with a hammock and loungers for the adults! Home is nestled in the foothills of San Gabriel Valley - 24 miles to downtown LA and 27 miles to Disneyland. Azusa Pacific University and University of La Verne are minutes away. Close to the Metro. There is a main house in front of the back house. The entry is through the side gate. There is a picture of the main house on the site. The cottage is completely separate and private. You are more than welcome to use the pool. There is also a grass area in the back yard for children to play on. Pool is gated for safety. I am usually available all the time. Just message me and I will get back to you promptly. Glendora is a quiet suburb of LA. You can feel safe walking under the canopy of oak trees throughout the city. Walk to nearby tennis courts that are open to the public for free, take a stroll in the quaint Glendora “village” to sit outside in the California sunshine for some breakfast, relax at the local coffee shop or do some boutique shopping in both high-end and affordable clothing stores. Having a car is always best in SoCal but there’s a bus stop at the end of the street and of course Uber and Lyft are always available. Less than 5 minuets to the metro station that spans all across California.
