Mindful touches create a bespoke space to disentangle after a long day or work or play. The generous open plan kitchen, living and dining is centred around the spacious balcony with city views. Welcoming cushions are provided for seated meditation and a comfy couch for those who prefer to lounge. The double glazed glass doors and windows add to the calmness of this serene retreat. For those keen to get their hands on fresh produce and organic asian groceries, the kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas stove top, oven and dishwasher. The master bedroom has built in wardrobes and queen bed fitted with fresh, professionally laundered hotel quality linen. This light drenched room has a private balcony and beautiful glass sliding doors for that alfresco feel. However, if you’re in need of a sleep in or a lazy morning, the heavy blackout curtains can be pulled to. The second bedroom has one single bed and plenty of space to double as a private yoga studio. A yoga mat and blocks are provided for those who prefer to unwind or reset with a mindful flow. Indulge in a relaxing soak in the bath and enjoy drying off with the freshly laundered, hotel quality towels. The building is award winning for it’s ecological design and passive/heating ability. Portable air conditioning and heaters are provided if need be. You will have access to the entire house which is directly accessible from: Marrickville road, Marrickville. Key collection has been made easy, as I use a lockbox system. This allows you to come and go on your own time.
