A cosy and spacious house with terrace among olive trees, in a quiet village situated in the center of the island. Its central location enables you to have easy access to all the amazing parts of the island, the sandy beaches or the rocky ones or the routes driving to the most remote sights like the Shipwreck. Within only 30 minutes of walk up the mountain, you can reach the ruins of the old village, explore the nearby paths in nature and enjoy a bird-eye's view of the island. This apartment is situated on the first floor of a house and includes an open-plan kitchen and a spacious living room with a single sofa bed, two bathrooms (one of them is ensuite) and three bedrooms: - the first one has a double bed - the second one has a semi-double bed - the third one has two single beds. The apartment is equipped with: • High-speed Wi-fi internet • Air-conditioning • TV • Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, cooking utensils) • Coffee machine • Iron, drier, hair straightener • Fresh bed linen and towels Apart from the spacious balconies all around the house, there is also a big terrace with an outdoor dining table and sunbeds, available for the exclusive use of our guests. We totally respect our guest’ privacy. That being said, we will be available for assistance 24/7 and always willing to give you any information, hints and tips Zakynthos! This apartment is situated in a ideal location both for those who want to have some relaxed and comfortable holidays and those who want to explore the best spots of the island. Its central location enables you to have easy access to all the amazing parts of the island! Public transport is generally not good in Zakynthos, so it is absolutely recommended to rent a car/scooter/quad (at least for a few days during your stay). This will enable you to fully explore the best spots of the island. Free private parking is available at our property. "Flexible" check-in/-out time mean: We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the apartment for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the apartment will usually be ready by noon or 1pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the apartment if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
