Villa Hefer - Ein Hod

Our very unique stone house is set on top of a 3000 sq.m private terrace garden in the picturesque artists village Ein-Hod . Decorated with art, crafts and antiques, surrounded by beautiful views of the Mediterranean sea and the Carmel mountains, with some of the best beaches in Israel just a few minuets drive away, It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation in Israel. The 120 sq.m house has 2 bedrooms: a large downstairs bedroom with a double bed, and an upstairs bedroom with 1 double bed and a single bed. (Please note that you have to pass through the downstairs bedroom to get to the upstairs bedroom). It has a large living room that consists of a sitting area, desk area and dining area leading into the kitchen. It has 2 bathrooms, one large with a bathtub shower and toilet, and a small one with just a toilet. Outside there are many places to sit and relax or dine: a front terrace, a back terrace (best to dine outside) and a rooftop terrace with beautiful views. It is an old house, well kept, full of character and simple. You will enjoy the entire house and garden in complete privacy. Feel free to ask anything. We would love tell you about the many different things you can enjoy in the village and the surrounding area. Ein Hod is a unique artist colony and a known tourist attraction. It has an art museum (dedicated to Marcel Janco, the famous “DaDa” artist and the founder), and the main gallery that holds exchanging exhibitions. there are a few private galleries, designers shops and workshops were you can take classes. The village is in the heart of the Carmel national park with many attractions,things to do and see and the surrounding area is great for hiking. Some of the best beaches in Israel are just about 5 – 15 min’ drive away. Haifa is 15-20 min' drive away, and it is a one hour drive to Tel-Aviv. In the village center (10 min' walk) there are 2 restaurants, cafe, pub, a pizza place and a grocery store. Around the village everything is within a short walk. You need a car to come and go to Ein hod and to get to the beach. 1. The house has stairways and different levels inside and outside with no railing, therefore it's not suitable for young children or adults with physical disability. 2. The house is full of arts and crafts, antiques and personal stuff. Therefore we will only be able to host guests who can be responsible. 3. It is an old stone house full with antiques and artifacts there for it is not recommended for people with asthma or dust allergies. 4. It is not allowed to host other people than the registered guests.
