It contains one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a comfortable living room with two traditional sofas that can be easily used as beds.There is also an armchair which can be converted to a comfly bed for one . The house has a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new bathroom. The large yard with the kiosk has amazing view both towards the sea and the White Mountains Range. It has BBQ facilities and a garden with indigenous plants and trees. You will have access to the house, the garden and the spacious yard. Kefalas village is deep inside the Apokoronas region, probably the best and greenest region of Chania. Located at an altitude of more than 350 meters, it has unobstructed views of both the sea and the mountains. The village, like the whole of Apokoronas has very interesting architectural tradition. The old traditional churches are the highlight of it. 2 kms from the village you will find "Ombrogialos" gulf with colourful crystal clear water, an ideal place for a swimming excursion or to try scuba diving. Other ideal places for swimming are Almyrida and Georgioupolis. Although bus connections are very frequent between the village and the nearby towns or Chania, I highly suggest you to rent a car for your convinience. That way you will explore the magnificent nature Apokoronas and the whole of the island has to offer. In Kefalas village there are two mini markets, tavernas that offer cretan traditional dishes of high quality as well as cute cafes. For all the other groceries you can visit Vamos or Kalyves towns.
